How to Use LCD Screen Separator Machine

1. Connect the Screen Separator Machine to Power Source.
2. Turn on the Machine and wait for the metal plate to reach 80-100 Degree Celsius. You can also adjust the temperature if required.
3. Put your LCD with touch screen on the metal plate, LCD side up.
4. Switch ON the Vacuum.
5. Using LCD Separator Wire, Gently and Slowly Separate the LCD Screen.
6. If the Touchscreen Glass is Completely Broken, you can stick a tape on the surface of the glass to make it easy to separate and avoid it any Damage.

Important Notes:

1. Make sure that the Power Source has Earthing.
2. Do not let air flow blow on the plate directly, or it will affect the heating of the machine.
3. There is always some risk of damaging touch screen or LCD. If you are New to Mobile Phone Repairing, it is advised to practice on some damaged LCD Assembly.
